Sporting a black lace mini-dress with a feathered applique skirt by Rafael Lopez, teamed up with Charlotte Olympia heels and her new pixie do, she looks absolutely gorgeous. I always bow down to those ladies who are brave enough to cut their hair that short! I like, I love!
